Frequently Asked Questions
How does TourSouth ensure my RV or Boat is stored safely?
Toursouth is a fully fenced facility with 24/7 Surveillance. Each bay is also lockable and includes security lighting to help insure your equipment is stored safely and securely.
How do I secure my bay?
Each bay is secured using the daisy-chain method. To lock your unit, place your personal padlock through the chain link and also through the shackle of the facility’s padlock.
By connecting your lock directly to both the chain and our lock, both you and the facility retain access. This way your bay remains fully secured with your lock, while management can still enter if needed in the event of an emergency.
Please note: If a tenant does not properly use the daisy-chain method and locks the facility out of the bay, a $150 lock bypass fee will be charged to regain access.
What makes TourSouth different from other storage facilities?
TourSouth offers unmatched ease. From the seamless sign up experience to the on premise washing, sewage, and trash options - TourSouth offers the ultimate convenience.
What am I allowed to store in a Bay?
Bay Storage is intended for movable equipment and vehicles only. Acceptable items include trailers, lawn and farm equipment, cars, trucks, campers, and boats. Personal belongings, household goods, and non-movable items are not permitted.
How does the Wash, Pump, & Dump station work?
If you've purchased access to the Wash, Pump, & Dump station, you'll be allowed two uses per month. Any additional uses beyond that will require an extra fee. Access is granted using the same gate code you use at the main entrance.
Do I need insurance to rent a storage space for my RV or boat?
Yes. All tenants are required to carry a minimum of $300,000 in liability insurance for any vehicle or vessel stored at our facility. This protects you, your property, and others in the event of an accident or damage.
What are your pricing plans?
All of our storage bays are rented on a month-to-month basis.
There’s no annual commitment or long-term lease — just flexible, easy storage when you need it.
